The breakfast was ok, just a light start for the day. Juice machine was out of order all 3 days we were there and the OOO sign looked permanent.

Only 1 staff member seemed to be working. They left the front desk to find a hair dryer for another customer and left us standing, waiting to check in for 15 minutes

Hot tub was broken all 4 days, not enough cookies only got cookies twice and we stayed 4 nights
