Leonardo Hotel Newcastle

Personeel was extreem vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie ligt op loopafstand van de arena (ons doel van de reis) en ook op loopafstand van het centrum. Bedden lagen goed en de badkamer was schoon.

Great location, staff were fab, good quality breakfast, big clean rooms, shower was fab!

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Newcastle..it was very pleasant,.., particularly as all the staff ,were excellent..from reception..to the Bar..and into the Restaurant....nothing ,was too much trouble..Abbie's "meet and great"..in the Restaurant at Breakfast, was delightfull..and Shannon,was amongst,the staff,who worked in the restaurant..and again, like everyone..was extremely helpful ... The hotel lived up to its 4star rating..with the food also..and as some rooms,are being "updated",too...I would definitely, stay again

Staff were amazing thank you especially to Scott, Brian and eunice who were very helpful and friendly to us, two Scots women from Dunde. We will definitely return soon. XX

Rooms were clean but could have done with more storage space for clothing and accessories.

Leonardo is a real "cauldron" experience. It's got a combination of corporate, stag/hen, coach tour, and region explorer clientele. You never know what you'll get in that lobby or bar area! We've only managed to get into the bar and have food there as the restaurant is usually booked out by coach parties. The food is really decent bar food and good value for a hotel price-point. We wouldn't go out our way to eat here as a destination but if you're in the area and want somewhere relaxing to eat then it's not a bad choice at all.

They upgraded me to executive room which was really good. The room and the shower was better than the previous stay.
