Very central location, Spacious and well equipped bathroom Easy to book without commitment, very flexible

The rooms were very smoky and I would have wanted to stay in a non-smoking room or be aware of it indoor smoking before booking and checking in due to my health conditions. I have stayed in other hotels in Mosbach with a better price/ value ratio and more comfort, so I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel. It was not possible to book breakfast when checking in although it was stated on the website that breakfast is available. As it was a Sunday it was hard to find breakfast options.

The location is super and the view to die for. The room was basically an apartment sized reservation! Very comfortable, clean and the host is super friendly. I will stay here again in the future.

Goeie bedden. Mooie locatie in een heel mooi dorp mosbach. En een prima ontbijt. En een vriendelijke hotel manager. Parkeren was ook geen probleem op loop afstand.

The hotel itself is very old but very quaint. It’s also very clean and we had no problems with the hotel itself. The problem is is that there is a bar right next store that is loud and obnoxious until four o’clock in the mornings almost every night. A local told us that it is the bar that has “the party after the party”. Each night the inevitable screaming, yelling, crying, and glass breaking would start about ten o’clock. To add to this, there is a table and chairs, that the patrons of the bar use, outside and directly under the windows in the front of the hotel. Cigarette smoke from the patrons wafts up and into the rooms of the hotel. Because of its location directly next to this bar, we could not recommend staying at the Schwannen!
