todo estubo bien lo malo fue la rotura del avion y en lugar de llagar a l hotel a las 11 po llegamos a las 8 am del otro dia eso no desiquilibro muchisimo inclusive la salud 65 y 76 anos viajando con nietos de 13 y 15 no fue facil. pero bueno cumplimos un compromiso luego de 6 anos de espera

con un poco de risa que se nos hubiesen hecho un descuento pero en fin

Location good, room good, restroom good but no works well.

The water flow in the shower is fine, but the upper showerhead loses a lot of pressure. The lower tub spout doesn’t close/seal properly, so water keeps coming out from there, causing a loss of pressure in the showerhead. The breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs had a bad taste and were difficult to eat. On the last day, we chose not to have breakfast, as the healthiest options on the menu were either poorly prepared or of low quality, which we believe is the main issue. Additionally, on Sunday, the beds were not made and the towels were not replaced. We expected to return to a prepared room, but instead we had to make the beds ourselves before going to sleep and use wet towels. We hope you can improve these aspects and provide a better experience in the future.

This hotel is close to everything you need, staff are very friendly. Place is clean.

This time the bathroom had a weird smell my wife thought it was moldy, to me it was a faint weird smell. Advised staff they did try to remove it as much as they could and offered to change room. Also I believe there was a lack of communication between the front desk and the girls cleaning the rooms because my wife requested extra towels several times at the desk and never arrived. The only english word the cleaning girls knew when my wife asked them was front desk. My wife finally found Tatiana which was the only cleaning person that actually spoke english.
