It’s different in many ways.

This was my first stay at this property, and unfortunately it will be my last. What should have been a simple overnight stay turned into an unsettling experience. There was repeated wall-banging and stomping overhead, clearly intentional — not normal guest noise. On more than one occasion, staff actually seemed to listen in on conversations in my room and respond by pounding the walls. As I was the only guest checked in on my side of the building at the time, it was obvious this came from employees. This is unprofessional, intrusive, and unacceptable. Guests deserve privacy and peace during their stay. Until management takes accountability and corrects this behavior, I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

LOVE THEMED ROOM

We decided to treat ourselves to one of the Jacuzzi rooms. Upon entering, we were greeted to like 10 haphazardly placed outlets, a rickety mirror that served as the headboard for the bed, a Jacuzzi that didn't have hot water, couldn't drain the water because the drain plug was completely detached and broken, and a remote that didn't work with the TV. Staff was friendly and helpful, they helped to solve any issues we had and did move us into another Jacuzzi room. That one was better and at least had hot water and a working remote, and the headboard didn't feel as disconnected and doomed to fall as the last did. Still couldn't figure out how to drain the tub though. It did come with a blanket, though it was much too small. I'd recommend asking for another blanket or being prepared to deal with the temp you set all night. Can't say it was a comfortable experience, but at least the staff was very friendly and helpful.
