Americas Best Value Platinum Inn & Suites

Requested a non-smoking jacuzzi room in advanced but was given a smoking room upon arrival. The room was filfthy, the bed sheets had burn holes in them and the room looked stiched together as you can see duck tape around the egdes of the mirrors. Moreover, there was burn holes and trash on the back of the bed. The bed was uncomfortable and not even queen sized but listed as a King Room. Dont even get me started on the shower preassure it sucks. The restroom looked as if it were falling apart literally. The lock to the door was broken and the blanket on our bed was like a blanket in a federal prison. Plus, the internet is terrible and doesnt stay connect for more than 5 minutes. I will not be staying here ever again and wish i could get a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

My room was comfortable

I didn't like the fact the receptionist requested that I no longer book my room on Booking.com because it was too confusing. Therefore she stated," in order for me to stay there I would need to provide cash." I explained to her that Booking.com is a site that I use for my hotel stay because it's easier to book with my card rather than carrying cash on me. So I decided not to book with this hotel again. If I had cash on me it wouldn't be any problem but she stressed to me she only wanted cash.

Room smelled really bad and outdated

I recently stayed for 6 days and had 0 complaints! Clean rooms every day, easy and accessible front desk service, good parking and a 5 minute walk to some every day food. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!!

Love the Amazon room.

There was no toilet paper or toiletries in the room. Also, the ice machine did not work.
