Cock roaches and found out there was murders there should be disclosed didn't feel safe and everything was falling apart and dirty

Room size was good

The remote didn't work even though I got new battery's for it ...

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and polite. I even made a friend with the receptionist at the front desk Priya and she was the best! Any issues with the room, they came in to fix it right away, Priya gave me tips on the area and the restaurants and made sure that we were completely satisfied and comfortable with everything. She made checking in extremely fast and easy. Nice place for a few days to get away.

The pool was closed for repairs and we couldn't use it.

Disgusting roach motel, I was given a dirty room upon arrival and had to ask from another room. The other room was hardly any better, housekeeping didn’t give new towels or change the bedding. It’s also in a bad area where sketchy people just hang around freely.

I pre booked for a king but they lowered me to a queen or 2 beded room. Did not even get a little refund for inconvenience

Trim pieces was ripped up and dangling had to avoid in room whole time cause it would catch you and cut you if not careful.
