"Séjour décevant au "Château" des Comtes de Challes. Évitez d'y séjourner à tout prix"

L'amabilité du personnel de l'hôtel (pas du restaurant) et la façade, très belle, ainsi que le jardin.

La moquette est tachée et pourrie. Les chambres ne sont pas entretenues, les meubles sont cassés et en mauvais état - ils ne devraient être pas même à la décheterie. Les rideaux sont sales. La chambre pue. Il n'y a aucun confort. Il n'y a rien à faire dans la région. L'hôtel est bien pour la partie extérieure et pour l'organisation d'événements. En aucun cas il ne faut s'y loger. Le restaurant a voulu me forcer à acheter leur vin en mettant en place un droit de bouchon de 40 euros (la réception a dit 15 euros). Nous ne reviendrons pas, volontiers. La région n'a aucun intérêt, il n'y a rien à faire.
