The couch and floor REAKED of cat urine. I informed the front desk immediately, they advised I call hotels.com for a refund and I left. Now they are claiming there was no complaint filed and they are trying to keep my money.

COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE! Checked in during daylight hours. Went out tondonnrrr and a show came back turned out lights on and the entire floor scattered and ran!! No water pressure for hot tub room or drainage. This was the second room that they put us in after the first one was broken down and disgusting also

"Avoid if you want a decent night sleep"

AC Worked well and was cold

- Strange smell in hotel and hallways - room AC off on arrival so room was very warm - single ply toilet paper (borderline even single ply it was transparent) - Burn marks through sheets - stains on sheets - Dirty carpet - Uncomfortable bed - Lumpy pillows - Tv Remote works 25% of the time - No bath towels only small hand towels - No pressure in shower - Coffee packets already open and not restocked

I'm not particular but this is the worst hotel I've stayed at! It was dirty, water on the floor in the bathroom, internet was so slow it was worthless, pool shut down for maintenance, workout room was so covered in drywall powder that none of the equipment was usable. This was a bad reflection on Expedia!

I didn't like anything about this today

I've stated many hotels throughout the years I booked a room for my husband and I or my fiance anyways for his birthday Hotel smells it was awful the room description was completely inaccurate and I still have to get my refund after I checked out after being there for all about an hour they have not yet to give me a refund and booking and told me I was going to get one and so do the property and neither one of them will even contact me
