The $100 refundable deposit needs to be more prominent. Some rooms family stayed in had towel bars that were hanging by one end and some had leaking ceilings with mold.

Room was dirty and used. Someone had showered and shaved in the shower. Found an insect in the bed. There were some stains on the sheets.

This place was pretty run down and a little sketchy. It smelled like a foreign country decent hotel. The front desk guy was nice and quickly came and changed the sheets for our bed when we looked and they were dirty. Even a washcloth had a hair in it. That was so disgusting. The pool is closed "for maintenence" no matter what the pictures on line say. The breakfast was good. And, while im pretty sure the other people there lived at the hotel, they were super sweet and fun to talk to.

We didn't have breakfast. Breakfast ended at 9 am and we didn't come downstairs until 9:14am. We weren't informed where or what time Breakfast was upon arrival. The desk manager kept emphasizing the $100 deposit. We were told "I'll return the $100 deposit of you don't smoke and tear up my property. He said it rudely. I wish I'd gone to Hampton Inn our usual spot where we are silver members. I won't be returning. I'll spend my money where I feel welcomed.

Upgraded us to a room with a whirlpool

The ac was not on - the room was over 90 degrees - it had barely cooled by the third morning even with it set at 60. We had a broken toilet seat but did not get it resolved as staff barely spoke English and didn't understand.

My room..bathroom light didnt work, someone tried to get into the room from the ajoining room. When I called front desk for assistance they said if the door is locked I will be ok. Breakfast items were re served day after day. Bread was so stale you didnt even need to toast it. No yogurt or oatmeal,cereal was also stale. The pool never opened, Closed for maintenance .for our entire 7 day stay. The only bright light was the lovely housekeeper. She should be paid more. Internet is a joke
