La atención del personal fueron muy amables

Nada todo muy bien

Extraordinary hotel, its more like a 3 or even 4 star hotel. The breakfast was amazing. I stayed 5 days there and every morning i was happy to eat breakfast here. They had fruits, yogurt, bread, sausages and cheese, and best of them all are the warm and sweet pastel nel nata. They even had everyday another cake in the buffet. The personal was incredibly nice and everytime you could chat with them. They even told how much they like the work there and how much they truly appreciate their coworkers, you really felt how much they love and value their workplace. They all speak fluently english and have great impressingly knowledge. I’m from Switzerland and they directly knew about literally everything about my country, it didnt even seem like a conversation to impress tourist. And the hotel is situated really central among many restaurants and shops. You can go sightseeing by feet. And the metro station is only 2 minutes away. Definetely a place to come back.

La camera un po' stretta

Great location, with street facing room which was an upgrade by hotel. Very good breakfast. Vivian at reception was very welcoming.

Ensuite was small and needed anti slip tapes on bath.

La ubicación es ideal. Las vistas desde la habitación. El personal y el edificio. Limpieza.

Todo bien. Tal vez la zona del desayuno un poco justa en la hora punta por el espacio.

Quarto com persianas. Apesar de algumas frestas não colapsarem completamente continua a tapar melhor a luz do que uma típica cortina de hotel. Vista muito bonita com uma mini varanda. Luminosidade airosa. Comodidades razoáveis, suficientes para descanso.

Não há lugares suficientes para me sentar numa mesa sozinha ao pequeno-almoço. Tive de me sentar numa mesa de um grupo de pessoas aleatórias. A cama era facilmente arrastável com o simples facto de me apoiar e tinha uma elevação no sentido das pernas. O exaustor da casa de banho ligava-se sempre que se acendia a luz da mesma e fazia imenso barulho. Beatas na varanda por limpar.
