"Disappointed this trip"

1st floor near pet area (traveling with 2 dogs). Room was large and spacious.

The TV didn't work. There was a bathtub but no stopper for it so I couldn't take a bath. I found 2 ice machines but neither worked. There were guests there that just opened the door to let their dog out to do her business WITHOUT a leash or the owner present. The dog attacked my 2 dogs...fortunately no one was hurt. But the sound is what got the owner to come running. I know that is not the motel's fault but I reported them to the front desk for not following the leash law. I stay at this hotel every time I come to Jacksonville and will again. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time with the TV, the bathtub and the other guests.
