Convenient location in Torino and a nice place to stay.

I like the property but it was definitely very tight for 4 people. I would book again in the future for 2 or max 3 people, as the space was super tight. The instructions to check in and out were super useful and delivered way ahead of time.

Most of the kitchenware to cook (pans and pots) were not usable, as they were oxidized.

Location

Like other guests had mentioned in their reviews we also experienced a strong smell of sewage coming from the shower room. Once I notified the landlady of the issue she played that she knew nothing about it and hardly apologised for the inconvenience it had caused us. Sadly the cleaner who filled the washing machine on the day of our arrival (picture attached) failed to mention it to the landlady. We found this bizarre let alone professional. On the second day of our stay a plumber came round with the landlady to resolve the issue. But unfortunately the smell had been lingering in the apartment for a while so it hadn't totally GONE. Before leaving the apartment I noticed dirt under the double bed (picture attached together with double bed pic to demonstrate it is/was the same room). I realised the towels weren't fresh either. I used a small one to dry some glasses. Although the landlady gave decent instructions on how to access the apartment via a code locker, I also found her bossy and a bit rude in her approach. This was noted in another guest's review which I found interesting. When we left the apartment we met the landlady in the corridor about to let herself inside the flat. At that point I was very upset with the way the lady (Antonella?) had spoken to me through her rather "strange" audio messages left on my WhatsApp. It sounded as if this whole matter wasn't a big deal or nothing to worry about. Likely we stayed out as much as possible. However the problem should have been rectified before letting new guests in. We smelled sewage as soon as we entered the property. It is obvious the cleaner would have smelled it too that day since she had left sheets in the washing machine. Anyway our only form of compensation for the inconvenience from the landlady was not to pay the tourist tax charge (Euro 13.80). But I decided to leave the money anyway and requested a proper receipt which eventually arrived on my WhatsApp.
