Loved that you could walk out the gate to cloud 9 surfing beach. Close to good restaurants,quiet, and staff was friendly and helpful.Nice deck and nice vegetation on the grounds.

The sheets were too small for the bed and kept coming off. Very annoying!No housekeeping for the 4 days we were there. The filter in the air conditioner was filthy!

I stayed here for a month and it was absolutely fabulous. The location is perfect – you literally pass through a gate in the backyard and you’re right at Cloud 9 beach, which is unbeatable. The place is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Cleaning was done every three days, which I really appreciated, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind throughout my stay. The only small suggestion for improvement would be having a small fridge in the room, especially for longer stays like mine. Otherwise, everything was great

Unfortunately bad internet, weak water flow out of the shower and basin, lots of grill fume from the cafe on the beach, really bad quality massage in the spa belonging to the place

Super nice. Close to the beach. Rooms are large. Staff is wonderful. Quiet part of General Luna. Comfortable beds and great pillows. The property is super lovely and green grass.

Internet is really slow. For whatever reason, people who use the hotel like an apartment are loud and inconsiderate. The rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so if you are short stay you have to keep that in mind.
