The property was filthy. The floors were gritty. Put a chair up against door to feel safer.

cool and quiet

There was supposed to be a fridge and microwave but there was just a space where the fridge was supposed to be. No microwave. The door lock was disassembled, leaving a bunch of wires hanging out
