it was filthy, drug addicts staggering down the walkway…if only I knew, I would never have stayed there

Absolutely nothing

The room was nasty, smelled of smoke. Very dark. The sheets had blood stains. Dead bugs on the wall, wash clothes left in shower. The lady we talked to to try to get new sheets that night had a bad attitude and the manager the next morning said we done the damage and she couldn’t help us. We didn’t want our money back. Just want better service for something I’m paying for. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my partner there while I went to get food.
