Best Western Plus Castle Rock

Very clean and quiet

Save your money, stay somewhere else. Very dated inside the rooms furniture and electronics. Worst was because we stayed 3 nights we weren’t eligible for room service. We complained… we were told they couldn’t guarantee it…and they were right…no housekeeping service. The elevator acted like there was an earthquake every time we used it. Breakfast was worse than average. The bed was uncomfortable, my guess it was old and needed to be replaced. My best advice is to stay somewhere else.

The breakfast and coffee area were quite convenient. Ice machines were available. The room was large and clean.

Had some issues getting the lobby computer and printer to connect to work. The gentleman working front desk had zero knowledge and it would have been helpful for him to be trained on a few features in that area.

I had an okay stay. Staff was helpful and patient. Loni was exceptionally helpful. Maintenance could be a bit more attentive to cleanliness. Cig butts all out front, excess foaming in hot tub, dust and webs on room window, breakfast was all carbs. Staff made the difference from 2 to 3. Cleanliness would have upped score to 4.
