Surclassement de chambre, avec surprise des chocolat et une petite bouteille, tres apprecié

Telecommande de TV marchait pas. Et comme annonce dans la chambre, la rue peut etre un peu bruyant la nuit.

Normaler Standard , Lage war unvergleichbar gut

Room Service war erst am 3. Tag, obwohl wir das Schild jeden Tag hingehängt haben kam NIE jemand um Müll rauszutragen oder Handtücher zu wechseln. Katastrophaler Service. Habe zugesehen wie die am 3. Tag geputzt haben. Waschbecken mit dem gleichen Lappen wie Toilette benutzt und dann damit noch die Badewanne. Eine Katastrophe. Lärm unerträglich. Bis 4 Uhr morgens hört man die Autos an der Straße richtig laut - es ist eine Straße auf der die autofahrer den Motor richtig laut laufen lassen und losdüsen. Trotz Ohrstoepsel war ein schlafen bis 5 Uhr morgens nicht möglich. Besonders schlimm war es am Freitag und Samstag. Auf Anfrage wegen Zimmer Wechsel wurde mir je gesagt. Nutzen sie ohrstoepsel. Hatte ich bereits und es war dennoch unerträglich laut. Ich würde nie wieder hier buchen.

Hotel was nice, but our room wasn't what we booked. We booked a double room for 3 adults. One adult changed her mind and booked a room for herself. The hotel and/Booking.com used this opportunity to give us (2 adults) a very small room and blamed each other for not reducing the cost. Very disappointed with this attitude and will let my friends and people in our retirement village know.
