"Very poor service - do not stay at AV hotel"

I didn’t even make it through check in! They person checking me in could not speak English well and what I could make out is they wanted to charge me a deposit on top of the stay . I did not feel comfortable with the look or condition of the lobby to even stay there so I told them cancel my stay I am not staying. I do not know if I will be billed for not staying but looking over the Hotels.com sight it appears I will be billed if I don’t cancel prior to a certain time . If that happens I will never use this service again. There needs to be understanding when you arrive and do not feel comfortable or safe with the property or the way you are treated. I will see what happens with my situation.

Booked the room for crew working out of town, even after working 12 hours in the sun on a roof they didnt want to have to sleep there, because they didnt want bugs crawling on them in their sleep.

Tiene una buena ubicación y es barato, además el personal fue muy amable. Si solo vas por una noche no le veo problema en quedarte, pero si vas por más tiempo si recomendaría buscar otra opción.

Cuando llegamos las colchas estaban sucias y no teníamos jabón, sin embargo al comentarle esto al personal lo cambiaron de inmediato. También tuvimos problemas con el cerrojo de la puerta, estaba flojo y era muy dificil de cerrar, lo cual nos dio un poco de desconfianza, aunque no pasó a mayores
