Hyatt Place Tulsa/Downtown

Location was perfect for us and what we needed. Breakfast was a little lacking. Everything else exceeded our expectations. Really liked having a cool bar in the hotel. Bartender was very professional and nice as was rest of staff.

One of the staff was going on and on about his (domestic) political beliefs whist i was trying to enjoy a quiet beer, annoyed the hell out of me . The other staff were very good

The parking. The furnace was super loud. The faucet in the bathroom both the sink and tub was janky. The breakfast was sub par.

We stayed at this Hyatt hotel for 3 days. Overall, the hotel has potential, but unfortunately we experienced a very disappointing issue with our room service/housekeeping. One evening when we returned to our room, we found it in a very messy condition — blankets and pillows were left on the floor, and there were no fresh towels or clean bedding provided. We immediately reported this to the front desk. The manager kindly came up to the room, took photos, and agreed that this situation was not acceptable, she also brought us clean bedding and fresh towels, which we appreciated. She assured us that the issue would be addressed and that we would receive compensation. The following morning she informed us that she spoke with her supervisor and that we would be refunded for one night. However, we never received the promised refund. We appreciate the manager’s professionalism and help in the moment, but we were disappointed that the promised resolution was not completed. We hope the hotel will improve communication and follow-through in the future.

Clean rooms, excellent front desk staff that was very helpful in getting me the same room for my entire stay after I forgot to book the room for the correct dates.

Location and cleaning staff was great. Very clean rooms and close to places we wanted to walk to. Elevators worked well and fast. Wasn't noisy.

Front desk people ignored and more worried about coffee and anything else, then helping you with an issue. Told us that breakfast was until 10:00 am, shut is down at 9:30.
