I shouldn't have to ask for facial tissues or bath towels. I understand that housekeeping is only upon request and I'm ok with that. But, if you know there are two guests staying for two nights, there should be more than two bath towels in the room. Also, breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. This hotel is overpriced for what you get.

Elevator was painfully slow! But otherwise all was good. Pool was ok but chemicals were a bit too much

Internet in room did not work. Server kept timing out when prompted to enter room info on multiple devices. Empty soap bottles on ground behind fridge and under nightstand. Had holes in wall above bed.

"Not the cleanest"

Not very clean. The pull out bed (which we had to use) was full of crumbs. There was hair all over the floor and a tissue stuck in the vent in the bathroom.

Nice place overall. Decent breakfast. Friendly front desk people. Matt was friendly and very helpful. We got a first floor room which was convenient to everything.

Ants. Not being able to access the fitness room on our own. How tight everything was in the bathroom. How high the beds were!
