Proximity to meal options

Would have preferred dish washing liquid to wash our dishes instead of body wash! Freezer in refrigerator was almost inoperable, couldn’t refreeze our freezer blocks as they couldn’t fit?? Didn’t ask for a preference for parking??, however did ask for a ground floor room which was accommodated.

Another guest directly smoking outisde my room. Reported to stand-in manager but did nothing about it. Woke up at dawn with smoke wafting through my room from outside.
