"A great place to stay in the Shoalhaven, I’ll be back!"

I was attending a function nearby so the location of the Balan Village Motel was perfect. Woolworths supermarket across the road along with other ‘essentials’. KFC and M there too! A great licenced Chinese restaurant on site - food really good. The room? Basic but exactly what I needed, super clean, A/C, fluffy towels and super hot water. Great value for money. Welcome and info email before arrival and follow up after I left, will definitely stay again.

Close proximity to the basketball stadium and shops

A permanent resident living in one of the units kept us awake all night by making loud noises. Walls are paper thin and not noise resistant. Windows allow outdoor lighting through all night as blinds/curtains are not big enough. Spoke to reception about changing rooms and they were no help. Not good enough for the money we paid.
