The staff were nice and the room basic but clean and good value compared to the comparative accomodations

The walls were very thin so the woman who had a gutteral cough kept my daughter who was staying there awake all night which was very unpleasant and frustrating. Not the hotels fault but it wasn't at full occupancy so perhaps they could space out their guests given they must know about the thin walls

I was attending a function nearby so the location of the Balan Village Motel was perfect. Woolworths supermarket across the road along with other ‘essentials’. KFC and M there too! A great licenced Chinese restaurant on site - food really good. The room? Basic but exactly what I needed, super clean, A/C, fluffy towels and super hot water. Great value for money. Welcome and info email before arrival and follow up after I left, will definitely stay again.
