Hampton Inn Kent/Akron Area

Room was dirty. The hotel wasn't as clean as other Hilton locations. Recommend corporate visit this location to witness what we experienced. This was definitely not the Hilton properties we are accustom to.

Everything was perfect. I was fortunate to be on the first floor by the gym and pool

Our room was not cleaned. Still had previous persons room keys on floor. The coffee pot had old used filter in it. And bottle caps shoved in corner by bed. I hope at least our bed sheets were changed

Pet friendly hotel with clean room; parking lot and dog relief was not well lit; sketchy people in parking lot at all hours. Elevator was dirty. Lobby was clean and well appointed. Check in was quick. Dog relief area was not clean, lots of trash and feces.

We checked in and received room keys. When we got to the room, we found out it was someone else’s room. All of their belongings were in room. On day 2, we left to go out and about, we returned to find our room key cards did not work. I had to go back down to front desk. I was then informed we needed to stop at the desk daily to have them update cards. We were not told this at check in

Friendly staff and maid service, great parking and plenty of good restaurants in the area.

Good location for our needs. Room was fine. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Noise level the usual with neighbors. Did not hear traffic noise. Breakfast area clean. My husband enjoyed the potatoes, omeletes and bacon during our stay. The young women at the front desk were super pleasant and helpful. Not sufficient room on bathroom counter for traveling toiletries.

Did not like the mold and crack in shower ceiling.

Just on a tour into a town that I lived in over 20 years that got some old coworkers from places that are defunct now where the hotel staff makes you come to a great breakfast while they
