Buenísima ubicación,el apartamento está muy completo,vajilla, vitrocerámica, tostadora, cafetera, microondas. Decoración original,con utensilios de costura y bordados.

Por decir algo , las almohadas demasiado blandas.

Perfect location for everything including transport. Farmer's Market and historic centre 5 minutes walk, shopping centre and supermarket next door. 10 mins walk down to the waterfront and teleferique. We had two adjoining self-contained apartments on the third floor. There is no lift but it's an easy climb, it feels more like two floors. The apartments are nicely decorated and spacious with lots of natural light. Spotlessly clean. Incredibly well equipped with appliances, crockery, cutlery etc. Fresh coffee and filters and basics (salt, olive oil, vinegar, dishwasher capsules, detergent ...) were provided. We didn't need to buy anything. Generous bathrooms, great showers and hairdryers. The rooftop terrace is an added bonus.

We went at the beginning of March and we had rain. The apartments felt a bit damp. We didn't want to use the main air conditioning but the portable heater only blew out cold air so had to use the air con. There's a funky smell which is possibly damp.

Mieszkanie było czysciutkie, posprzątane, jednak cały czas czuc było zapach wilgoci/stęchlizny, zwłaszcza w szafce z naczyniami

Great apartment. Exceptionaly clean, with all equipment you should imagine. Location in the center is also bonus. Rate 10/10.

Locatia este in centru ceea ce implica mai mult zgomot.Dar asta nu ne-a deranjat deoarece am avut toate mijloacele de transport la scara locatiei.Exista un mall cu un supermarket la scara blocului super aprovizinat.Locatia este super curata si cu un design interior extraordinar.Bucataria are atatea dotari si vase ca poti face o adevarata petrecere(masina de vase). Patul confortabil , lenjerie curata.Totul este digitalizat ,televizor, tableta.Terasa este minunata.Privelistea imbina oceanul si muntele. Exista de asemenea un spatiu de serviciu dotat cu masina de spalat si uscator.Totul aproape de perfectiune.

Cred ca ar trebui tinut cont pentru cei care stau mai mult ,ca in cazul nostru, sa li se schimbe prosoapele.De asemenea ar trebui pus o plasa la baie deoarece din cauza canalului din spatele si din fata cladirii sunt tantari.Balconul nu se poate folosi din cauza ventilatiei restaurantului din mall.(dar nu implica proprietarul) A doua chestie care ar fi un plus este revopsirea leaganului si replantarea florilor pe terasa deoarece ar completa frumusetea acestei insule deosebita.
