Great location, but the road in front is not accessible by cars so you got to drop at the main road and walk in.

The room looks modern in pictures but not very well maintained as there are rough and chipped edges on the carpentry. Toilet also had a little funky smell. Room service is done every 2 nights and not daily. However for the price paid I would say this is as good as what you get. We stayed over the long reunification weekend and we are lucky to be able to get decent rooms for 4 nights. Good value and great location nonetheless. If you’re not too fussy, it’s pretty decent.

The apartment's bathroom was roomy and comfortable. Location was good between the Da Nang Beach and the Dragon Bridge.

1. The advertised balcony on the site of the booking.com was not a real balcony with open air. It was an internal door looking at the lobby. There was no fresh air in the apartment. I mentioned that to the owner using the message facility on booking.com 2. The breakfast was awful. Little margarine, coffee, and an apple. Bred in the first morning was spoiled.
