Beds were comfy, room had what we needed for price

Unit was tired and needed some repairs. Funny smell in room.

Das Appartment war insgesamt deutlich renovierungsbedürftig und hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Der einzige Vorteil war das Dach über dem Kopf.

Hier herrscht ein jahrelanger Wartungsstau, den man dem Look aus den 1980ern und Geruch des Interieurs ansieht. Das Badezimmer ist zwar sauber, aber aus der verkalkten und verfärbten Dusche kommt nur ein kleines Rinnsal, so dass wir den Schaum nicht auswaschen konnten. Das gesamte Zimmer riecht bei geschlossenem Fenster nach verschwitzten Sneakern und auch die Bettwäsche beziehungsweise die Inletts könnten wegen des muffigen Geruchs mal grundlegend erneuert werden. Die Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Hof war vollkommen unbrauchbar: die Bänke wackelten und Nägel ragten aus der Sitzfläche heraus. Auf den Fotos sah die Unterkunft viel ansprechender als in Wirklichkeit aus - eine Frechheit und viel zu teuer!

Fantastic location, clean, modern, fresh and perfect for our stay with our two teenage daughters. We will be back, couldn’t fault the place or the lovely friendly owners.

Location was good and easy to access everything

The rooms were not as the same as shown in the photo . When we first entered the rooms it's smell like moldy and it was still there, even if the window were opened. The floor carpet was dirty and was not cleaned. The reception was always closed.

The beds were comfy and the location worked well with off street parking.

The room smelt bad, the water pressure in the shower was terrible. It was bare minimum. Wifi was ultra slow. Had SKY on the sign but the only channel was 'Sky Open', the free channel. I've stayed at a lot of budget accommodation in NZ, and this was the worst.
