Americinn by Wyndham Birch Run - Frankenmuth

Breakfast and location were good. Lady at check in desk got a little flip, when I told her I didn't want to pay for early check in . Even though it wasn't that busy.

Our room door didn't lock . Had to change rooms. Better maintenance.

Lists hot tub on website. But there is no hot tub. It was filled in with concrete.

Beds were comfortable and location was good from all the chaos of downtown Frankenmuth

Pool could've been a little warmer and would've liked a hot tub. Pool towels needed to be stocked

They put and old couple like myself next to the pool ,not good . Next time put a young couple with screaming kids in that room . Running up and down the halls . Won't b back

Kids were in the pool a total of 4 hours! Loved it. Just a small pool. Great location & breakfast.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed at.I wouldn't recommend this hotel to the hotel has bed bugs and is disgusting.There's dead bugs on the ceiling.all mast i will never stay there ever again. There was a 0 on The Star rating, they would get a 0. The staff was very rude.

When going into room it smelt like wet dog. Stray hairs everywhere. They advertise the rooms to be cheaper but then charge you a “booking fee” of $50 without telling you. Had to call after check out and ask why my card was getting charged $145 when my receipt says I was only paying $95. That is when I was told of this “booking fee”.

Breakfast was excellent.

The soap, lotion dispensers were too high.
