Sierra Inn Near Fort Huachuca AZ

Booking.com keeps sending this survey Eventhough Sierra Inn WAS NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE me • regardless of having a reservation and the reservation number , they Had No Availability for the 13th - and even before I left Chicago , They Showed NO AVAILABILITY ! I Can Not Rate What I Did Not Experience. How Booking.com concluded that 3 rooms were available for the 13th is Mystery To Me ! This FIASCO resulted in A Very Difficult & Dangerous situation - 1 Which Booking.com NEVER MADE RIGHT WITH ME !

I absolutely detested being put in this situation , Forced to drive through a few dust storms , not rested , emotionally distraught , nowhere to lay our heads , over 1700 miles from home. [ I CANNOT RATE SOMETHING I DID NOT EXPERIENCE ] .

Very dated overall, dirty carpeting, uncomfortable mattresses, very limited selection for what they called breakfast.

Oberall it was good. Dhower lacked decrnt pressure as most fo, but it was goid

I liked the spacious room. The bed was comfortable. They accomodated us on the 2nd floor. There are benches outside the rooms. Good breakfast items like biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins, waffles, sausage patties, eggs, coffee and juices.

The door did not shut all the way. Noise and cold wind got in (a little bit). The ice machine room was not always accessible.

I Have absolutely nothing bad to say about this property. The staff were super friendly & the room was very spacious & clean.

Supposed to be non smoking facility but there are cigarette burns on the furniture. They offer breakfast feom 7am-10am but ran out of food before we got there at 8am.

Awesome stay and value.

Loved our stay. Had a very nice room and very reasonable. Trish at the front desk was awesome!

Dated room and things were just not right. The Breakfast was not functional. The bathroom was not good and everything about the place left us wishing we had stayed somewhere else. Do youself a favor and dont stop here
