easy to find, relatively clean

pretty outdated, had some pee marks on the toilet, tub was cracked ect

Easy access from highway.

The rooms were clean enough. But 1 room had bugs in it. Bed was firm.

Owner that checked us in was rude. Pointing his finger in my face saying if we let our dog in the upstairs room he would charge us 100.00. It took us 25 minutes to get checked in. I put in comments we had our dog, so our rooms should have been all set when I booked them 3 weeks before. And they should have been close. We were on opposite ends of hotel. They advertised free breakfast and have the lobby set up for Breakfast, including having plates and silverware out on counter. When I went down in am to get breakfast at 8:15 there wasn't any. I asked what time it was and woman stated because of covid we don't do breakfast. I showed her where it is advertised that they do and she oh well we will have to fix that. They are calling this place a Hotel, where it is clear by the people living in it this place is a MOTEL. Don't waste your money.

Location

The staff was rude. The furniture and decor was very out dated and the pillows were very small and uncomfortable. The furniture was worn-out.

Our reservation was changed without notice. Did not have a comparable room in exchange. Front desk clerk was rude and degrading to me in front of others in the lobby. Acted as if it was my problem and not theirs. He kept getting louder and ruder as i simply wanted an explanation. Kept threatening to cancel the reservation instead of trying to accommodate our group. Said it aaa Travelocitys responsibility not the hotels. No breakfast available as mentioned in amenities either.

It was a nice place. It was clean, the shower was wonderful.

Not that it was the hotels fault but the neighbors were loud and vulgar. Partying way into the morning.
