El agua de la alberca es muy frías para los niños y en la habitación que nos quedamos tenía un fuerte olor a caño, las cobijas tenían cabellos aún cuando fueron cambiadas

"Para que corrijan"

Muy incomodo que dejen jugar a pequeños en los pasillos haciendo ruido cuando lo que se busca es descansar y dormir. Su bomba neumatica hace demasiado ruido hasta se cimbra la estructura y es muy molesto no deja descansar

Muy mal olor en las 2 habitaciones, las toallas de pésima calidad y muy usadas.cancel del baño en pésimas condiciones, cuadro roto en la pared con muy mala impresión ya que estaba pegado con cinta.

We specifically chose this hotel to be able to sit on the roof deck by the pool and chill. Pool was closed, due to maintenance, but nothing was mentioned on website. It's a no-frills kinda place. Very limited towels. No hand towels or wash clothes. No glasses. No frig. No coffee pot. No hair dryer. No iron. It's close to the square. I would have been fine with my stay had I been able to hang out by the pool. Had i known the pool was closed I would have chosen a different hotel.

"Mucho ruido "

Malísima organización en el check in y check out, si llegas cansado olvídate de descansar, no hay control de ruido y se escucha todo, carísimo para lo que es. La limpieza estupenda.
