Excellent hôtel, propre, bien situé et personnel accueillant. Séjour parfait, je reviendrai avec plaisir.

This hotel has incredibly thin walls and floors, making any sound coming from anywhere in the hotel amplified right into your room. You can hear the HVAC unit turn on two floors above or below you, as well as absolutely everything going on in the hallways of those floors--and obviously in the room itself. We experienced people talking in the hallways all night, as well as walking back and forth for hours. In eight hours in bed we got about 30 minutes of sleep, tops, before being jolted by another loud sound coming from somewhere. Also of note was a strong smell of marijuana smoke that periodically permeated our room all night. I guess the HVAC systems here "share". While the smell was very strong (and awful), it wasn't enough to get us stoned so we wouldn't care about the hotel's condition. This place is a clearly a "party hotel", and not recommended for travelers simply try to get a night's sleep or traveling with a family.

They started charging for breakfast! Very disappointed. My kids were very upset

Staff did greet us with friendliness but had questioned if we have reservations when I informed them that we have confirmation. They confirmed that breakfast was included but in the morning we were informed that due to the holidays )Christmas) there was no breakfast. We did get a the worst breakfast - microwaved biscuits with cheese, sausage & eggs and microwave pastry; the sausage was hardened on all the edges.

The discrepancy between the check in staff and the morning staff - the latter did not know about the confirmation for breakfast.

Everything worked well. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Especially the check in and bar!
