Included breakfast was great. Easy drive to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Not much walkable from hotel but easy access with car and plenty of parking. Nice pool area and hotel is kept very clean even tho rooms are slightly dated. Staff always helpful and accommodating.plan to come back again next year :)

Even though we booked through Booking.com's Pet Friendly Hotel site, they told us, when they saw our dogs that we had to leave. The staff and owner were not only not accommodating, but extremely rude, vulgar and demanding. When we couldn't pack up our belongings fast enough, they actually called the police. Nobody should EVER give this hotel their money.under any circumstance!

Great stay, clean rooms, super friendly breakfast attendant the eggs were actual eggs unlike many other hotels. Only downside is the traffic noise was very noticeable in the morning.

If I could give it six stars I would. The service was excellent, the buildings and pool were spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was fantastic.
