Best Western of Harbor Springs

Great location very clean Pool nice and hot tub

Breakfast could have been better but was adequate Only problem is the sound of the air conditioner/fan in room so loud but that seems to be a problem with a lot of hotels Asked for a room farther away from the road was told nothing available but there were hardly any people there when we arrived on Sunday afternoon

It was a good clean stay. Even for a hotel that walks right out of room to the cars. I wasnt able to have breakfast bc i was up and gone for work so early but the Tv in my room didnt work or I just didnt really understand how it was supposed to get it working. I was so tired anyways i just went to bed. The shower was nice and the soap present was helpful to me bc I didnt have any packed. Job well done.

Spacious, got a suite with a fireplace and a kitchenette, two bathrooms with two showers.

The bathrooms were a bit strange, the pocket door was unlatchable, so there was a small gap that lined up with the toilet. No big deal unless someone tried to peek. Second bathroom had a fixed shower glass that allowed water to splash out on one side, I wouldn’t have it in my house, but it worked fine. Just set off my “oh no!” Alarm inside my head. Only had one bar of soap for both bathrooms. Prob just an accident didn’t affect us.

It was clean- top to bottom. The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious and rooms and grounds were perfect.

Nothing comes to mind. I liked everything about it.

I loved that it was a one level building. No noise of people walking above or running/yelling in the halls. Staff was so friendly.
