Quality Inn Benson I-10 Exit 304

Breakfast was prepared well every morning and the manager was always there and very helpful.

The Bathroom was clean but looked very dirty and faucet in the shower leaked. the door to go outside looked like it was not properly installed but I think it was because the building is shifting also the front window was the same and would not shut properly.

Pet friendly. We brought our Labrador Retriever. Large room. Breakfast was good.

Grounds were messy, dirty. Some guests didn’t clean up after their dogs dogs.

Not much. My car didn't get stolen and there was hot water and an indoor toilet.

88 degrees and the air conditioning didn't work. Key swipe door entry worked about 10% of the time. Staff indifferent on check out. I wont be back.

The breakfast and dining area were more than I expected. Great food and friendly staff.

Jey card didn't work at first, however staff gave me a workable key card

Bathtub of room 222 had a sloping inward floor. Very unsteady footing. No mat so also slippery. Held onto the side bar when showering Also the water cooled then became painfully hot. Not an enjoyable time.

Breakfast

A man tried to enter our room within five minutes of our checking in; no knock on the door. I immediately called the front desk, she said “it was probably housekeeping”; we checked in after three, our room was already made up, there was absolutely NO reason for a staff member to have let himself in. Had I not been right by the door to slam the door shut and scream, who knows what might have transpired. We made a barrier with suitcases and table and chairs and slept with one eye open.

The pool was closed, and hot tub neede to be cleaned

Nice and quiet

The hot breakfast was one of the best I have had in recent years.

Room and amenities were only good to fair for the room price.
