They let me check in early before 3 pm first day of my arrival. My room was very clean, and they allowed me to switch rooms when I first arrived due to noise in next door room. And asked me if I minded if I was near train tracks which I did not mind. There is a good Mexican Restaurant within walking distance from the Hotel that serves breakfast with a large selection of food entries. There is food for sale in the lobby in a refrigerator very cheap if you get hungry in the middle of the night. A large selection.

They put two loud women next door to my room with two small loud barking dogs when barked most of the night. They got out side and the dogs were barking outside my door. I called the front desk at 5 am in the morning to complain, the worker who answered the phone all she said was sorry but nothing was fine. I Said I wanted a room change if the two women and their dogs were going to stay a second night.The front desk worker said that No, they were not so that avoided a room change. Hot tub shown on internet picture and is advertised on the internet as a working hot tub, was false. Hot tub did not work at all. I went to the front desk to ask them to turn it on, it was not on. They Said it took an hour to warm up and to come back on in a hour. When I came back in my swim suit the hot tub water was freezing. I let the front desk night worker know, she said she didn't know it was not working. The pool was also covered up the entire time I was there with a pool cover. I called two or three times before booking this hotel to ask if the hot tub was working and who ever answered the phone said it was. Certain staff monitored breakfast food intake. Made me put back packages of small oatmeal packets and Said one per person after I grabbed three packets to eat, very rude and unacceptable. Two days later when the same certain employee running the breakfast room the same one that confronted me two days prior on my shift about the oatmeal, put a sticky note on the refrigerator door one yourget per person in a bright Stickey note that was uncalled for. Very unprofessional and petty when you pay almost $500.00 for 5 nights stay, and have have a big appetite. I did not like all the trash surrounded the premises of the hotel grounds in the bushes. Old pop cans, plastic bottles, and general trash thrown all over. Needs to be cleaned up.

Staff is absolutely amazing. Breakfast has a lot of options and always got. The room had plenty of space for my family of 5.
