USThe bed was amazing! It was missing a few things like anywhere to put our cloths - we lived out of our suit cases for 4 nights. Little things like no electric outlet in the bathroom so I wasn't able to do a thing with my hair. Other than that - it had so much character that we overlooked those things and we recommend this property. Oh, and verrry clean

GBUSFabulous location. I absolutely adored the room I was in; it was so elegantly decorated, spacious and comfortable (great bed and pillows!). The complimentary coffee was very much appreciated. This room truly exceeded my expectations!
Poor communication from the hosts. I emailed 3 times via 2 different outlets to ask about an early check in and no one got back to me for almost 48 hours. They also weren’t especially friendly.
USUSBeautiful property and great, welcoming staff. Property is in a great location. Older property is not well noise insulated. There was some sleep interruptions the first two nights from noisy upstairs neighbors. I would probably give highest rating if staying on second floor.
ITI loved the location, the historic building, and the furnishing. The staff was ready to answer by call or text.
At every shower, the bathroom's floor got flooded because the shower's curtain was too short. Sometimes, the toilet flush water tank kept filling no end. When the microwave was in use, the power in the kitchenette went off. Above all, it was very cold, and the AC was not efficient at all. The floor was freezing, especially the one in the bathroom, made of marble tiles. As the weather was very cold and rainy, to get back to a cold room wasn't a pleasure.
CZIf you love the old colonial architecture then this is the place for you. The house looks beautiful both on the inside and on the outside, not too far from the French Quarter, it's located in quiet and safe area. Wifi was good and stable.
I guess the owners want to give us an authentic 19th century experience as there's only cold water in the shower. Also no regular TV channels, just Netflix etc.
