Regal Réseau Hotel & Spa

Nice hotel, breakfast was very good, location near many restaurants. They even upgraded our room to a room with balcony, which was very nice.

The breakfast box can be improved.

The location is excellent, right by the beach with lovely views. The rooms were clean and nice.

Unfortunately, the service did not match the setting. Breakfast items were not replenished despite arriving well before closing time, and we often had to repeatedly request basic things like water. Interactions with the reception were similarly unhelpful, with requests being passed around without resolution. A great location, but the service experience needs significant improvement.

Hotel molto sporco…avevamo una stanza con un cattivo odore e l’unica cosa che hanno potuto fare era solo mettere del deodorante per ambienti…stanze molto sporche,specchi non puliti bene e polvere dappertutto… Ascensore che si chiude prima che si sale o scende
