Modern, clean, comfortable bed. The owners were very accommodating to our needs as I was down in Dunedin for surgery. Highly recommend, will be staying here every time we need accommodation in Dunedin in the future.

"Very comfortable and well kept motel"

This is the second time we have stayed at Beechwood in 3 years and altho there has been a change of owner since the last time we were not disappointed. Both times we have booked the large mobility unit which is spacious with a full, well equipped kitchen and mobility bathroom. The bed is very comfortable. The unit is impeccably clean and well maintained. Location in North Dunedin suits us as it is only a few minutes to the city and there are plenty of eating options around.

"Excellent accommodation in Dunedin"

The hosts were so welcoming and friendly very informative! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully presented with kitchen utensils supplied. Location is a 20 min walk from Dunedin town. We stayed 2 nights and noise was not an issue. Great stay! Will be back!
