Best Western Plus Hotel Plaza

Niets. Dit verblijf is een absolute nachtmerrie geweest en heeft onze vakantie volledig geruïneerd.

Mijn partner is mindervallig en volledig afhankelijk van een rolstoeltoegankelijke kamer (inclusief beugels bij het toilet en een inloopdouche met douchezitje). Voorafgaand aan de boeking is er telefonisch expliciet toegezegd dat dit geregeld zou worden. Bij aankomst bleek er GEEN toegankelijke kamer beschikbaar te zijn. Mijn partner heeft zich hierdoor het HELE verblijf niet fatsoenlijk kunnen wassen of naar het toilet gekund. Dit is mensonwaardig. Daarnaast kregen we niet de geboekte kamer met zeezicht. Het hotel weigert elke verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en schuift de schuld op ons af. Schandalige service en nul empathie.

Perfect location, comfortable room and shower. Very nice pool! Breakfast was amazing, had so many options and everything was fresh and tasted amazing. The beds were very comfy and the personel was very polite. Very close to restaurants and very quiet. There is public parking 1 minute away.

Great location in the new town, near to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. 10-15 mins walk to the old town. The pool is warm, clean and not taken up by sunbed hoggers. Staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Would definitely return here.

This hotel is in an excellent location close to the harbour, the old town of Rhodes with excellent restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The pool area of the hotel provides a welcome relief after visiting the old town. The snack bar by the hotel provides a varied menu with good prices and good quality of food. If I return to Rhodes this would be my top choice for a hotel and I am recommending this hotel to my friends.
