"Good"

Hotel had broken walls with wires hanging out There was roaches crawling in the bathroom The room had a funny scent And on arrival systems were shut down due to weather conditions there was no back up systems for check-in took more than 20 minutes The hotel entrance was not safe all the back doors of the hotel were broken easily for outsiders to get in

Location

Bugs ( roaches and bedbugs ), loud music, pool had hair floating in it, really dirty and gross. Facility smelled.

"Worst experience ever"

The pool

The rooms had cockroaches in them stuff was falling off the walls there was duct tape holding up the shower rods there was no refrigerator no microwave in one room two of our TVs did not work

"Roaches, holes, musty, rundown"

Holes in the walls that someone filled with paper. The sink was broken and it looked like someone superglued it together, every time I used the sink water leaked right through it. The bed was hard and the mattress looked like it had blood stains on them. The room smelled really musty and for the finale….. It was roach infested.

"Disappointing"

The whirlpool bath

The whirlpool bath was dirty had to clean it before I could use it then found out the drain was broke had to use nail file to get it open to drain.the pool was to be open til 9pm they closed it at 830 wasn't even there for 15 minutes and had to leave

"It was expected"

It was a good stay a light was flickering and the front door on the room had no latch locks only complaint is the ice machine wouldnt work and the doors were rusty other than that its a average motel experience cant expect much
