Constant Traffic noise, until the early hours of the morning, more sound proof needed. Bed sheets had stains and hairs on them .It felt dirty, needs an update in all rooms, bathroom sink plug did not work. draw under sink was broken, bathroom door was very hard to close and open.

Convenient located by the train station. Beautiful building, plenty of space for our family.

There was coffee available but no sugar.

Very spacious for big groups but only one bathroom.

The heat was turned off after midnight.

The location and easy check-in.

In the evening, the heating stops and it becomes very cold, there are no additional heating appliances. On the last day in the morning there was no electricity, only in this apartment, in the whole building there was. The sheets smelled.

One of the bed sheet had vomit. was cold at night and no hot water at night. No parking. Had to pay 60€ im parking to make sure car was secure.

Location is very good and located in the busy area where many places to dine

Getting a parking is quite difficult

The clear information given by Antonella on WhatsApp with detailed video on how to get the keys and access the property was excellent. The location was ideal to visit most tourist attractions in Turin. Although on a busy thoroughfare we were not disturbed by traffic noise. The little balcony allowed us to sit out and people watch. All in all the apartment suited us well and Antonella was a helpful host. The Penny supermarket next door was ideal to buy necessary foodstuff for our stay.

The beds, although comfortable the creaky headboards on 2 of the beds did disturb sleep when the least movement resulted in creaking noises. No kettle and no toaster. The risk of power cuts due to overloading power supply if using too many appliances at once. This did stop us cooking a meal in the apartment, however the Pizzeria across the road was excellent for buying delicious pizzas.

Our host was in touch per Whatsapp and explained the check-in process with photos and video. Very convenient. The location is perfect, just down from the train station and close to charming squares, great shopping and restaurants.

Can't complain about this apartment at this price in this location!
