Needs to improve breakfast, same things everyday.. yuck.. eggs were not fabulous last sunday, Canada ham very flimsy, too much salty, needs variety of creamers, coffee was very watery, no flavors in coffee, no oranage juice!! Shame on your management. Other than that it was good stay!

"No refund for emergency situations"

The facility was great, the people were very accommodating,

I never stayed those days. When we arrived on the 27th, I informed the hotel manager that due to severe weather in Maine, our destination, we would have to leave on the morning of the 28th. Due to .y husband's Parkinson disease I couldn't run the risk of traveling in severe weather. I asked if it would be possible to get back some of the money for the nights we wouldn't be there, and I was told no since we booked with booking.com, so we took the loss of those nights and left the morning of the 28th

Front desk guy seemed to really not like his job. Room was also not cleaned well (used soap in the shower and some pizza sauce stains on the lampshade). I’m giving the property 4 stars because I have stayed here before with a much better experience. Hopefully this visit was just a blip. Overall, I felt there this was a decent value.

"Good stay and hope to revisit when we revisit Mom."

It was convenient to us visiting our Mom in Maplewood, there was ample parking and I heard the breakfast was excellent. I didn't have a chance to eat because I woke up late. My husband stood here before and said it was great. The hotel is clean and very esthetic. I would recommend to others.

The staff was OK, but a little customer service goes a long way. A smile can start off anyone's day or change the bad morning others are having. Always engage in a bit of conversation. Not to be nosy, but to show that you are happy people chose your hotel.
