Best Western West Towne Suites

STAY HERE!!!!! The room was exceptionally clean. We stayed one night, and headed out thinking we would try another hotel, just for something different. Well, we ended up coming right back to this hotel for a 2nd night! The check-in staff was very friendly, check-in itself was smooth and easy. The entire hotel was so clean that I will be back and I will tell everyone that is visiting the Madison area to use this hotel. I know how hard it is to find good staff, let alone keep them. This hotel shows that the employees like their job and management as it truly shows throughout the entire place. KUDOS to housekeeping! The bed, bedding, and pillows were so comfortable and again CLEAN! I always check the bed first thing when getting into my room and I was very pleased with the fact that there wasn't even a single hair attached to the bedspread! The kitchen area was sparkling clean. We did not partake in the breakfast as we had other plans, but it looked amazing and I even heard one gentleman on the elevator saying that was better breakfast than we had at the Hilton to his wife. We used booking.com as they did have a better rate then calling the hotel. (The phone # listed online certainly is NOT the actual hotel staff, clearly the customer reservation line to call is not the way to go, they gave us a rate that was $60 more per night!)

Refreshments in the afternoon and evening. Have coffee, juice and water available in your kitchen area for guests. Not every guest brings along drinks and after a long day a nice hot coffee or refreshing glass of lemon water is wonderful! A little touch like that make a lot of difference to travelers. I would also recommend having fresh fruit available. Again just for a little extra touch. One last thing your little store is very overpriced. If you are going to charge $2 for a bag of chips try to get the bags that are more than 4 oz. That is just showing your guests your ripping them off. As a store for guests you should really be the same or better pricing than the gas station up the street. Again a little thing that goes a LONG way!

I was happy as soon as I entered the front desk. The person I met was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. Definitely I will comeback.

The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. The hot cook to order breakfast was a very nice touch. Stephen at the front desk went above expectations to accommodate my gluten free request with breakfast. The room did have a cooktop, but no kitchen items, so if you plan to use it - bring your own.
