"Probably won’t stay here again.staff was friendly but didn’t offer to do anything to remedy our stay"

The price was good.

Our room smelled of mold and was so musty we couldn’t stay. We had instant headaches as soon as we walked into our room.

"Worked perfect for me."

Was under construction but the team was very considerate and met all our needs.

"Not dissatisfied just isn't the same gem it once was"

The property is under new owners and has lost cleanliness care and upkeep. It shows the property feels dated and the rooms cleanliness isn't up to par for being a best Western.

The cleanliness and price wasn't aligned with the outdated rooms in need of a face lift.

"I requested for a shuttle but the manager and said i could cancel booking. need to book 3 days befor"

breakfast was ok

The bins in the eating area were full and people left their plates on the table because the bin was full. There should be more staff during breakfast time to see if the refills are on time and breakfast area is clean and ready to welcome new guests.

Location was perfect since I had a run in the morning with the Madison Saturday Marathon group. I stayed at the Best Western in WI Dells with a not so good experience...I will never stay there again!
