Logement dans un quartier plutôt calme

L’état du logement montre de très nombreuses marques d’usure et ne devrait, à mon sens, pas être classé comme il l’est actuellement. Il est plutôt vieillissant. La vaisselle n’est pas suffisante (en terme de verres/assiettes..), ce qui oblige à lancer très souvent le lave vaisselle ou nettoyer à la main. Les vitres n’étaient pas nettoyées. Les salles de bains étaient vétustes. La cabine de douche était cassée et l’eau fuyait, la salle de bains avec baignoire présentait beaucoup de traces noires sur les joints (moisissures).

A great neighborhood. There’s a beautiful beach with a funicular very close by and a lovely walking area. Just around the corner, you’ll find a few very cozy spots to eat and relax. The apartment itself fully met our needs. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy, and there was a wide range of extra services available.

The TV wasn’t working (though we didn’t really need it), and there wasn’t a good knife available. We couldn’t even cut some of the local fruits with the one that was there.

Fully equipped huge apartment with nice ocean view. Parking lot in the garage. Quiet neighborhood, modern building with green territory and yards. Friendly personnel.

Not all furniture. Example closet was working. The sliding door was stuck, so we couldn't use it.
