We have stayed in this hotel 3/4 years ago and since then it has been upgraded . The facilities are excellent and the staff welcoming and helpful . The location is amazing -our rooms had a river view. The hotel has an 'arrangement' with the adjacent Du Point hotel and we had an excellent fondue and breakfast there .

Nothing it was all good.

La atención de la recepcionista Alejandra. Buena ubicación y buenas vistas.

La falta de aire acondicionado en un hotel supuestamente 4 estrellas. La limpieza de los balcones, habia telarañas y arañas. La entrada y la recepcion deja mucho que desear. Las instalciones en general no son propias de un hotel 4 estrellas.

Lage

Leider keine AC im Zimmer - es war sehr heiß in der Nacht und Fenster öffnen war mit Lärm von Gastronomie draussen verbunden .

Stickige Zimmer, hellhörig, extrem laut von der Strasse bis 1 Uhr nachts Fussball-Fans). Ab 7 Uhr früh Baustelle. Völlig überzogener Preis für diesen mässigen Komfort

Engagiertes junges Team, ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir wurden aufgrund Leitungswechsel des Hotels für 3 Tage zum Frühstück eingeladen. Sehr gutes Frühstück, regionale Produkte, gute Auswahl, ansprechend angeboten, auch hier sehr freundlich! Dankeschön! Perfekte Lage des Hotels mit tollem Blick auf dem Rhein.

Ruhige Nächte sind nur bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich, da eben zentral gelegen und Partygänger auch lange nachtaktiv waren; dafür kann das Hotel aber nix...
