Santa Catarina II by An Island Apart

Die Wohneinheit liegt ca. 15-20 Gehminuten vom Hafen in Funchal. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte, Bäckerrei, Tankstelle und einige sehr leckere Restaurants. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Gäste und hat alles was man zum wohnen braucht. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist auch vorhanden.

Die Wohnung war leider bei Ankunft nicht geputzt und nicht sauber. Wir haben dann selbst zu Putzmitteln und Staubsauger gegriffen. Die vorhandenen QR Codes (Wlan und co) haben auch nicht funktioniert. Die Aufzüge sind auch etwas speziel mal funktioniert der linke und mal der rechte.

Apartament przestronny, kompleksowe wyposażenie kuchni, dobry standard wykonania, dostępność miejsca parkingowego w garażu podziemnym. Dobra komunikacja z właścicielem poprzez panel klienta udostępniany przez właściciela.

Lokalizacja - po całym dniu, powroty do apartamentu były męczące ze wzgledu na podejście od centrum Funchal, które trzeba pokonać. W Funchal to jednak nic nadzwyczajnego. Doskwierały nam skrzypiące łóżka.

Location is good, It is 15 minutes walking distance from the centre. Apartment is large and spacious.

There are couple of things, but the most annoying was the bed. It creaks extremly loud. I don't know how neighbours can stand it. Be aware, that the apartment is not as new as on the pictures. The furniture is worn out and not very clean. We had only one set of towels, and received the other one after 8 days of stay, just one day before we were leaving. This should be improved. Even wine opener was broken...

The stairs in the kitchen are uncomfortable.
