The price was not too bad.

To begin with there were a few moths in our room, but as the night progressed, there were about 50 moths in our room and we had to change rooms later in the evening. I don’t know how the moths were getting in, but they really need to address the problem.

NIETS

Kwamen aan, hadden voornamelijk geboekt voor het zwembad, aangezien het gewoon bloedheet was en de ochtend en begin middag hadden gebruikt voor bezoek aan Canyons en Horshoe. Zwembad bleek al dagen gesloten te zijn vanwege een defect en was niet gemeld. Aan de balie werd gezegd dat Booking ons had moeten informeren wat gewoon een smoes was, want ik word altijd direct geïnformeerd door alle accommodaties. Annuleren was niet meer mogelijk. Aangekomen op de kamer waren we totaal niet tevreden over de faciliteiten. Op het hele terrein liepen allemaal vage figuren. Hebben uitgecheckt en een ander hotel geboekt. Ze wilden ons uiteindelijk 10 dollar teruggeven n.a.v. onze klacht, maar die mogen ze lekker houden. Zoek aub een andere accomodatie als je in deze omgeving verblijft, want voor een paar tientjes meer ben je veel en veel beter af.
